FAQ
Are you a laundry or a rental service?
Both. You can rent our linen with the full wash cycle included, or keep your own linen and use our commercial laundry, priced per kilo with pickup and delivery.
Can you wash my own linen?
Yes. If you already own your sheets and towels, we collect them, wash them at 60–90 °C, iron them and bring them back within 24 hours. You pay per kilo of dry linen.
What areas do you cover?
We currently serve Madrid and the surrounding area. If your properties are elsewhere, reach out and we’ll take a look.
What if I get a last-minute booking?
We offer a rush service for last-minute changes. Message us on WhatsApp and we’ll handle it as soon as possible.
How do you control quality?
Every piece is inspected before it leaves our laundry. Anything stained, torn, or worn is pulled out and replaced.
Do I need to buy my own linen?
No. With linen rental the pack includes all the linen; you just manage pickup and delivery dates around your bookings. If you already have linen, our laundry service washes it for you.
